Data Management for the Heart Health Study
I am a scientist with university degrees in biotechnology, biochemistry, and medical biostatistics/biometrics.
I have been working as a clinical trial data manager at Charité since 2024. Since February 2026, I have been responsible for data management for the Heart Health Study at the Friede Springer – Cardiovascular Prevention Center.
Data management is a central component of clinical trials and plays a key role in ensuring the quality and validity of research results. Its tasks include the collection, validation, management, and processing of trial data to ensure its completeness, consistency, and integrity.
Furthermore, data management ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection regulations. Through the structured organization and continuous quality control of data, it lays the foundation for reliable analysis and robust scientific findings.
