February 26, 2025 - The Friede Springer - Cardiovascular Prevention Center of the Charité (FS-CPC) congratulates its founder Friede Springer on being made an honorary citizen of the city of Berlin. This award honors her outstanding achievements as an entrepreneur, philanthropist and promoter of the common good.
Friede Springer has set new standards with her valuable commitment, particularly in the field of cardiovascular disease research. With her generous support, she enables pioneering preventive research and innovative approaches to people's heart health.
"Friede Springer is not only an outstanding promoter of science, but also an inspiring role model for social commitment and a sense of responsibility," said Prof. Ulf Landmesser, Director of the Friede Springer - Cardiovascular Prevention Center. "We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for her visionary support and congratulate her on this well-deserved award."
