The future of cardiac medicine is precision medicine
On April 2, 2025, the topic of heart health was the focus of attention in two ways: at the second BILD Heart Summit, over 100 leading figures from medicine, politics and healthcare discussed how we can prevent heart disease more effectively. Prof. Ulf Landmesser, Director of the FRIEDE SPRINGER - Cardiovascular Prevention Center (FS-CPC) acted as Scientific Director of the event and emphasized in his opening speech: "The future of cardiac medicine is precision medicine. The goal is personalized treatment. Artificial intelligence is part of this."
At the same time, our team offered a comprehensive heart health screening - directly on site and for the company's employees. The focus was on preventive examinations that follow a holistic approach - including physical and cognitive performance tests, blood analyses, blood pressure measurements and ultrasound examinations of the carotid artery. The screening was supplemented by lots of interesting facts about heart health and individual everyday tips and recommendations from our experts. The participants were enthusiastic about the screening campaign. Many appreciated the opportunity to have their own heart health checked in this setting and to receive information on individual preventive measures.
Special thanks go to all the organizers, speakers and participants who contributed to this successful day in the spirit of heart health.
